• What is A-List Rewards?

  Amaryllis’ rewards program, giving you the opportunity to earn points towards various redeemable rewards. Those rewards range from cash rewards, free product, exclusive sales, free Standard Shipping (U.S. orders only) & more! As a member, you’ll can earn points on every purchase, by engaging with our brand through social media and lots of other opportunities!

• How do I redeem my points for Amaryllis Cash?

  Log in to your Amaryllis account, shop the site and head to checkout. To redeem your points for Amaryllis Cash, you can select the amount you'd like to redeem by adjusting the slider on the checkout page. Simply drag the indicator right or left to increase or decrease the amount you would like to apply to your purchase and click the "APPLY" button.

• Do my points expire?

  Yes, points expire after 1 calendar year of inactivity. Meaning, if you have earned points in the past, and have not shopped with Amaryllis in one calendar year since earning, your points will expire. Don’t worry – We’ll notify you before we remove any points to make sure you are in the loop!

• How do I maintain my status?

  Your status will automatically reset if you did not meet the points earning requirements for your tier within 1 calendar year. For example, if you have Influencer status and did not earn at least 1000 points in the past year, your status will automatically reset to the appropriate tier.

• How do I join A-List Rewards?

  If you have an Amaryllis account, you’re already a member of A-List Rewards! If not, click ‘Join’ above.

• How do I earn points?

  There are a lot of ways to earn points! The easiest way to earn points is by shopping at AmaryllisApparel.com. You’ll even earn points just by joining A-List Rewards! In addition, points can be earned by referring friends, following along on our Facebook & Instagram, and we’ll give you some special birthday points, too!. See our full list of ways to earn above!

• How do I keep track of how many points I have?

  First, log into your Amaryllis account at the top of our site, then click the ’A-List Rewards’ tab for an overview of your points!

• What happens to my points if I return the items I earned them from?

  When items are refunded, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your point balance.

• How do I redeem my points?

  First, log into your Amaryllis account at the top of our site, then click the ’A-List Rewards’ tab to access your personal dashboard. There you’ll find how many points you have, info about the rewards tier you belong to, a points meter detailing your Amaryllis Cash status & the ‘Rewards Shop’ – our rewards points store (available to VIP tier members only)! Just click on the rewards that you have enough points for, and a pop up will confirm that you want to redeem, then the product will be added to cart! Amaryllis Cash can be redeemed at checkout.

• Can I only redeem my points for Amaryllis Cash in $10 increments?

  No, you can redeem at any time! If you only want to redeem a portion of your Amaryllis Cash, you can select a custom amount by adjusting the slider on the checkout page. Simply drag the indicator right or left to increase or decrease the amount you would like to apply to your purchase and click the "APPLY" button.

• Can I use points for Amaryllis Cash and redeem a free product at the same time?

  No, only one reward redemption can be used at a time.

• Can I use points for Amaryllis Cash and use a coupon code at the same time?

  Amaryllis Cash can be used at any time, but cannot be combined with coupon codes. If a promotion requires a coupon code you will not be able to redeem Amaryllis Cash and that promotion together.

• Who has access to Free Standard Shipping within A-List Rewards?

  Free Standard Shipping is offered to members of the Style Icon tier and higher. Free Standard Shipping is only offered too U.S. customers (excluding Alaska).

• How do I redeem the ‘Free Product’ rewards in the Rewards Shop?

  Only those with VIP status get access to Free Product rewards. If that’s you, simply click the 'REDEEM' button under the product within the Rewards Shop section of he dashboard. A pop up will confirm that you want to redeem those points and automatically add the product to your cart.

• I'm a Style Icon member or higher, how does my Free Shipping get applied?

  As a Style Icon, Influencer or VIP member your free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout – just remember to make sure you're signed in! Please note free shipping applies only to standard domestic shipping within the U.S.

• I performed an action to earn points, but no points showed up?

  You must perform the action via the pop up on the A-List Rewards page. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours for your points balance to adjust. If your balance still doesn’t look right after this time, please contact our Customer Service team at support@amaryllisapparel.com and they can assist you!
