Holiday Return Policy If you purchase a gift between November 2, 2021 and December 13, 2021, we will provide an extended window to make a return, so long as it is postmarked by January 15, 2022. Please contact Customer Service with your order information if you have any additional questions.

Virtual Warehouse Sale All items purchased in the Virtual Warehouse Sale are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges.


We're bummed you didn't absolutely love your purchase, but here's the good news: we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items in new, unworn condition. Full-priced items purchased with a coupon code are eligible for returns as well.  A $6.00 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs. However, if you select Store Credit as your method of refund, the return shipping is FREE and a fee will not be deducted from your Store Credit amount. We do not accept the return of any items that are worn, damaged after receiving, washed, or altered in any way. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial. All original packaging and tags must be attached. Customer must include the order packing slip with the return.

  • Two piece clothing sets, including both a top and a bottom, must be returned or exchanged as a set, not individual

How do I return an item? In the event that you are not satisfied, we are happy to provide a USPS return shipping label to send your item(s) back to us! Please head to our return portal to initiate your return by clicking the link below. Pack the item(s) that you would like to return along with the order packing slip and attached the prepaid label. Once your return arrives at Amaryllis, the processing time can take 3-5 business days to complete. You will be notified via email when your return has been processed and a refund is issued. We process return requests Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST. International Returns To make an international return, please click the button below to start the process. All international returns will need to be made using a customer provided return shipping label.


What will the refund method for my return be? Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online Store Credit credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

What if I already returned an item from my order and I want to return another? No problem! Although we recommend that you return all items you are not satisfied with from the same order at one time, you are able to initiate multiple returns from the same order. A $6.00 fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each separate return that is shipped.

How long do I have to return an item after submitting my request in the return portal? After 21 days from the date that you generated your return label, it will be marked as void if not yet dropped off to the courier.

What should I do if my item arrived defective? We strive to offer the best quality in all of our products. Should this happen, we are so sorry that your item arrived in less than perfect condition! Be sure to contact right away with images of your defective item. We will certainly work with you to make things right!

Modified Return Policy: If you return more than $1,000 in a 12 month period you will be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.

Please note: Should you choose to use your own shipping label, we recommend receiving shipment tracking, and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Amaryllis is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit. Amaryllis is not responsible for personal or non-Amaryllis items returned to our warehouse. We recommend carefully packaging your return and ensuring you are only returning Amaryllis products.

    Exchanges and Store Credit

    Amaryllis does not accept exchanges. Items can sell out quick so we recommend initiating your return and completing your new purchase at the same time to secure your desired size/color. If you would like Store Credit as your method of refund, please select "store credit" as your reason for return in our return portal. You will then receive an email including a return shipping label, and an update on your Store Credit that can be used on re-purchasing your desired item(s).
