Returns & Exchanges (International)
We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept returns within thirty (30) days of purchase for most items in new condition! Customers are responsible for cost of return shipping.
We do not accept return of any items that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached.
**All items in the clearance section are FINAL SALE
How do I return an item?
In the event that you are not satisfied, please email us at Support@amaryllisapparel.com and provide us with:
- Your order number
- The reason for claiming the refund
We will process your return request Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST.
DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE
We have a no questions asked refund policy on any products that arrive damaged due to shipping or are defective in some sort. We will replace item upon receipt of a digital image confirming the damage or defect, please email picture to Support@amaryllisapparel.com
We recommend returning your item back to us for a store credit, then using your store credit to place a new order.
Or if you need it now, re-order your garment in the correct size and include your order number on your return request. Once returns are received, we’ll refund the amount in full via the payment method used. Please note, the new order must be of the same value or higher. Please email Support@amaryllisapparel.com for exchange inquiries and assistance.
