What if I already returned an item from my order and I want to return another? No problem! Although we recommend that you return all items you are not satisfied with from the same order at one time, you are able to initiate multiple returns from the same order if you are still within the 30 day window. A $9.99 fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each separate return that is shipped.
How long do I have to return an item after submitting my request in the return portal? After 21 days from the date that you generated your return label, it will be marked as void if not yet dropped off to the courier.
What should I do if my item arrived defective? We strive to offer the best quality in all of our products. Should this happen, we are so sorry that your item arrived in less than perfect condition! Be sure to contact firstname.lastname@example.org right away with images of your defective item. We will certainly work with you to make things right!
